Ptolemaic interpretation
An interpretation of Aristoxenos's thirty acoustically equal "parts" to the Perfect Fourth as aliquot parts of a vibrating string 120 units in length. While incorrect because the resulting intervals are not perceptually equal, interesting tetrachords result.
