Fokker's name for the small interval
with the ratio 2109375:2097152
= 2-21 * 33 * 57 --
which i prefer to write as [2 3 5]**[-21 3 7] -- =
~10.06099965 cents.
In 5-limit intervals,
100 cents and under,
I suggested calling this interval the "super-septapental kleisma".
The tempering-out (vanishing)
of this interval defines the family of temperaments
which Gene Ward Smith dubbed
"orwell".
