The
interval
which forms the difference between the
5-limit
"chromatic
semitone" with the
ratio 25:24
[= 2-33-152], and the
Pythagorean
"tricomma"
with the ratio 150094635296999121:144115188075855872
[= 2-57336].
The monzisma's ratio is thus
450359962737049600:450283905890997363
= 2543-3752
= ~0.29239571
cent (roughly 2/7 of a cent).
The term was coined by Margo Schulter in honor of yours truly.
